Part of my position in Goochland County as a instructional and web technologies specialist is the maintenance and design of all the Goochland County Web servers. I designed all templates and pages, and maintain the content for the central office.

I have advanced expertise of 5 years or more with XHTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. I have conversational expertise with PHP and Javascript. Our servers run on a variety of platforms, including PMWiki, Moodle, Expression Engine, Apache web server, and the Blojsom blog engine.
